Are you procrastinating when it comes to making music?

Great article here that has helped me get into my DAW and work. The first part explains what procrastination is in a great way and the second part tells you how to avoid it, hopefully its helpful too you!

I don't like to disagree, but I have to with this. I was a really low-confidence kid, a lot of it still haunts me. That usually mean that not much ego is in your way. ...yet, I still got to point of procrastinating instead of production. Gratification monkey just isn't enterteined by the production process as there was just too much failure in the past. That's wrong. I don't want this. ...but I don't think this might be a result of having an ego. Quite the opposite imho.

I like to force myself to procrastinate. I find myself producing for more than 8 hours at a time and it blinds me. I hyper-focus so YouTube videos really help break it.
