With right approach this could become kind of a Porter-esque experimental track.

Imho:
- Get rid of that jingle bells as soon as possible. May be replace it with a shaker.
- Play with delays and reverbs a bit more.
- Play with filter envelopes on that voice-ish/flute-ish synths.
- Add some damn heavy beat. :)

Thought the jingle bells thing was a good idea xD, thank u for the advice ill try it :)

The melody + chords work really well but I feel the mix is lacking dynamics, it sounds too compressed for this type of a track.

You could also try giving a shave to a few sounds with an EQ because I can hear some mud in the mix.

yes i should work hard in eq and compression, maybe controlling clipping is better than compression here. thanks for the advice! :D
