Where are you from digitally?
« on: January 30, 2016, 11:46:30 am »
Ha! Confusing title, yeeey!

No but really, there are TONS of forums on the internet, so which ones you were most active on before TPF? ("Were", because TPF's the best one!)
Where did you like it the most?

I remember old good trance.nu. After it closed I moved to Anjunabeats forum which is still going strong, but I can see some familiar fac... nicknames! here. 8)
Obviously KVR is a great one and Dogs On Acid became quite cool after that remake. I'm kind of sad I missed EDM district forum before they closed it, though.

I wanted to mention KVR, but you did already.

KVR and TPF is enough for me, otherwise there's no time to produce. 8)

laidback luke forum, but i wasn't really active, there was a tonne of information though

I'm pretty active on mat's one cause its mat zo!

laidback luke was more of a DJ to me, his technical skills in the decks are amazing
and mat is a genuine producer, so i guess why i feel more good inside

FutureProducers, GearSlutz, KVR. In that order I'd say

But I read almost anything whether it's on LBL, Max Vang, SOS, etc

This is actually my first music production forum, before this I was going it all solo! Though I've been hanging out on internet forums and stuff since the early AOL days back in like 2000-2001.

My main community was the edmproduction subreddit, among a few other music subs. Some people think the quality's decreasing but I don't really see that, I've just started coming here as well because I'm starting to take production more seriously.

/r/edmproduction but spending quite a lot of time here and in KVR since reddit is banned at school... (I can use it with google translate but it's annoying).

I'm surprised to see so many redditers. Seems like it really is the forefront of the internet nowadays. :)
