Does anyone have NI's Komplete 10? and is it worth the purchase? I've seen a few offers on it during a recent search for NI Massive

It's really good package. Lot of stuff. It's also kinda opener for other stuff as there are communities making Kontakt multisamples and Reaktor ensembles that you can't load into that "Player" versions.
...having said that though, upgrading process is a little slower as you need to wait until next Komplete version. (For example it kinda hurts now with Reaktor 6.)

I think it's worth it if you 1. have the money to burn on it and 2. don't already have other plug-ins that occupy the same slots (if you already have EastWest Play and a bunch of their sample libraries, you probably don't need any of the Session instruments). If you use Maschine, it also integrates really well into your standard workflow.

I think it's worth it. It's probably the best value in software/samples around given the sheer number and GBs of content you get. The real question is how much of it you'll actually use.
If you're not in a hurry, then wait a few months. NI usually has their annual sale in the summer and you can probably get it much cheaper (up to 50% off IIRC).

This is the big one. It's really easy to get stuck in the Quest For the Holy Gear, but Komplete has a ton of stuff and for most bedroom producers it's pretty overkill. I'd suggest buying something that could get you the Komplete Selection first (Maschine, the Komplete Kontrol keyboard, and I think some of their audio interfaces), and upgrading to Komplete once you feel like you've figured out everything with that stuff.

Personally I found it too much, and it weighed down on me to use it all, or there was simply too much choice. I sold it and bought back the few I used a lot - Reaktor, Monark, Razor and Transient Master mainly. Mind you, I had ultimate.

Komplete is awesome. All the Synths and physically modeled drums and instruments are super dope. Some the best stuff you can get right there.
