Notes on the song: I've been producing for a solid 2 years now but have too many WIP's..... This track was the first that I set out to finish from beginning to end of the process. If you have any questions about synths, processing, ect. feel free to ask!

Really digging this. What synths did you use?

This sounds really good. I love the chord progression you were using, and the percussions are really well made, as well. I would have the bass play more than just simultaneously to the lead chords, though.

Everything is either from Spire or Serum. Piano and strings are from logic. The main super saw is just 1 Serum JP8K super saw, 1 Spire super saw, 1 Spire subby bass, layered and combined with EQ and compression, side chain compression for reverb.

Absolutely, bass lines are not my strong suit, still learning and working on that part.

this is really good for a first completed track. The mixing in this is solid. That melodic area is beautiful. The bassline at the start of the song sounds quite tamed, it could use with some beefing up specially in the mids to give it abit more grit and power to drive the track more. Try running a slight touch of overdrive and saturation on it.
