vocal slices are on of those things that sound so good, people often get trigger happy and just saturate their whole song in them.
You probably should take it easy with the vocal slices around 23 seconds, so you can establish the beat of the track. then bring the vocals back into the beat so you can create that nice progressive feel to the track.
hi hats are a little loud. a common issue with beginners is making the hats too loud. they should be subtle. (this could just be a taste thing though, this seems like a more 2000's housey kinda genre).
also maybe consider incorporating some white noise sweeps to help the direction of the song wherever it goes.
The whole beat with the down pitched vocal also kind of gets repetitive. you gotta add some melodies or new direction earlier on.
I appreciate you're trying something new though. But in general, i feel like the downpitched male vocal doesnt really suit the track. I dunno. just sounds kind of awkward.
