I like the high triplet lead at the beginning, it's really tech-y and sounds good. The snares that come in though I'm not especially fond of, and think they could use a bit of EQ work. The first build is good, and the sweeps fit perfectly.

Alright I'm gonna be honest here: I hate the vocal samples used. I don't think they're very fit, and they take up a lot of space in the mix.

The mixing/mastering needs work ESPECIALLY at the low end (kicks don't stand out at all and bass isn't very recognizable), but this is a WIP so that's understandable.

One thing I really did like was the snare roll into the drop. It comes up again a couple times too, and those sounded really good.

There's a lot going on in the drops which is good, but I'm not sure if they fit well with each other. I know that probably sounds very vague, but I'm finding it hard to find the groove of the track and bounce to it. Maybe that was your intent though.

Keep going on this one, it definitely has potential!

Thanks a lot! For the vocals, it wasn't really serious, I just recorded my friend with my phone for fun and put it there! I wasn't thinking about putting it in the final mix!

I agree with Shikimo on basically everything he said:

Snare at beginning is a little rough. Sounds very High-End heavy (same with the hi-hats I think). I like the triplets, but maybe change the synth thats playing them.

Kick doesn't stand out during the drop, and maybe there should be a kick at some point in the intro, maybe around 0:19. The first riser into the breakdown has a little bit too much High-End as well.

The Breakdown rocks. I love the atmosphere. The reverb-snare, shaker effects, it's all really really good. At around 1:09 it gets a little muddy, but that's good on some extent since it's rising. I do like the vocal sample that goes on, but for some reason it sounds awkward right at the beginning. You do get used to it though and I do enjoy it haha.

The drop needs a ton of side-chaining. All the sounds are fighting for the same space it seems, and nothing is really coming through besides whatever is loudest... which isn't necessarily good haha.

Not a bad track though I really do like it, has a ton of "Dillon Francis-esque" attributes :)

Also if that is your friend's voice recording from a phone, keep it: it's amazing haha.

I really can't give more detailed feedback, but I do have two things to say:

Firstly, make the drop harder.

The breakdown sounds harder than the drop, and that's a problem considering that most Moombah (both the Moombahcore and Moombahton variant) songs have a drop that makes you feel like your subwoofer will blow up any minute. Bring the volume up and add some more energy into the instruments. Just don't make it too cluttered, since that will ruin the song.

Secondly, variate the sounds

You can easily change the genre of the second drop into something else entirely. Try going for something Trap-like there. It will sound good and feel good on a lot of headphones. Who knows you might become the next Aero Chord.

That's all I really have for suggestions. Everything else is magnificently done. Even the vocal chops! I will really look forward to listening to the complete song if you decide to finish it :)

It seems to me that the main woodblock sounds in your drop aren't quite in key.... What you've got in it right now is (B - B - B - B -  A# - G#) when (B - B - B - B - G - F#) would work better harmonically imo.

Also, everything is way too compressed and the kick doesn't have enough "punch" to it because it's attack has been flattened out by the compression.

I am liking the general vibe of this a lot, but the kick sounds very out of tune and I think you'd just be better of shortening the kick and adding a separate sidechained sub to it to simulate a bit of an 808 sound.

I agree with everyone else. The drop needs to be harder. A harder kick? Sausage Fattener?, But i like the concept

Dude, this is SO MUCH BETTER! This rocks wow dude nice changes! The only thing I would recommend is the "wubs" that come in around 1:45 onward, maybe make those slightly clearer, but they sound really good already so maybe just change it very slightly. Dude this is so much better sounding! Nice work!

Here it is. I ''bought(...)'' Sausage fattener and used it on some composent of the drop. Tell me what you think!

On the version with sausagefattener, I honestly feel that the breakdown is too empty without the vocal chops. Bring them back. Other than that, this version is very close to being finished! Great job!
