Nice tune man, definitely nailed the deep tech vibe! One suggestion that I would make would be to trim down the song by a couple of bars, either in the breaks or drops, because at over 8 min minus the outro, its going to be one hefty song. But for the outro, in these type of songs, they tend to be pretty long and drawn out, for the sake of the DJ's, anywhere from 32 to 64 measures is typical with an ending mainly consisting of percussive elements. An idea of something that you could do is to have the synth slowly fade out for the outro, while in turn adding in some sidechained white noise for that pumping effect for the first 16 bars or so and for the last 16 bars before the end, cutoff the white noise but add some reverb to it so it fades out and also introduce some of the percussive elements that you used throughout the song (the hi hats and the conga drums) and end it with just the percussion/drums.
