Eastern string Instruments?

Ive been trying to get a hold of Eastern instruments for a while but only problem is I dont know where to start. Im looking for something that sounds similar to this https://www.instagram.com/p/8wC0z2ppze/ . anything helps (also an ID on that song would be nice)

Don't know what song that is, but the string sounds a lot like the Guzheng from EWQL Silk.  Silk has a bunch of excellent Chinese, Indian, and Persian instruments, including many plucked and bowed strings, winds, and brass. It's not cheap (currently on sale for $197.50) and it requires an iLok, but I've owned it since day one and I still think it's the best collection of Eastern instruments around.

Chrome Sparks more than likely didn't use a vst for that sound, he live samples a lot of stuff. But I'd go with what cryophonik said and get Silk, that's probably the closest you'll get to what you're looking for.
