Quick intro/disclaimer, please read:

• I sing and play guitar and bass. I use Garageband to snythesize drums (see #3).
• I am NOT a professional musician and am not trying to be; I have a day job that I love and am successful at.
• I started learning music production a little over a year ago, but it's a very part-time hobby; I don't spend any money on it and don't plan to for a while.
• I like talking and learning about music production (thus why I'm here) but I'm more likely to hire a producer/mixer to help me record than get seriously good at it myself within the next 5-10 years. The stuff I've recorded now is just to get my ideas down and get other people interested.

Below is "Lockjaw", a song I think is one of the best to represent my musical style. I'm looking for feedback on the songwriting, the arrangement, the lyrics, stuff more in that vein. If it reminds you of a song you know and like, that's really cool too--let me know which one.
