i think it would be extremely useful to add some sort of search bar/tool to look for a keyword in the forum (didnt look to see if this has already been suggested whoops). that way it would be much easier to see if there's a preexisting thread answering someone's question rather than there being repeat posts.

There is a Search in the top nav bar under the forum name.

in that case maybe the search bar could be made a little more prominent so idiots like me dont miss out on its existence

yep, I totally missed it, too

maybe we could have it in the subforum pages so that you could search in just those subforums

and maybe put a search bar you could type into on the navigation bar, instead of just a separate page
