Tribal Trap WIP | NEED FEEDBACK

I can't shake the feeling this song is missing something. Does it need anything? Is there anything wrong that needs fixed? I need feedback!!

Really good job! I especially like the percussive work!

Heyo,

I liked the percussive work as well. The kick and the bass fit very well together. Snare is perfect in here. It's nicely mixed. I didn't heard any clipping part.

The progression, strings, melodies, pluck is very good. There's not a thing to say. It's good. You'll need variations to make it longer, but you'll handle it, i'm pretty sure.

Keep it up ! ;)

very well done my friend! That pluck is nice and like others have said the percussion is spot on.

This is all pretty tight. If you're looking for another element, I'd suggest just a hint of grand piano with reverb on the part between 1:46 - 2:06. Just as more of a sound effect and texture. a not or two could do it.

If I hear anything missing, it's that the part from 1:46 - 2:26 needs another minimal element that gives it a bit more lift. And I think a piano note or two with a nice lush verb could do it.

My 2¢. Cheers...

I really dig man, the intro/buildup is well done. Mix is solid. I love the shaker at 1:30. Everything sounds pretty spot on to me, I agree with Babasmas' point on variation to make it longer but you have all the elements you need

Love the progression of the song, has an extremely chill vibe to it. to add on the variation suggestions, maybe take one of the harmonies or melodies and try it as a bass line. Otherwise job well done!
