Really awesome info. Thumbs up. To add to the rules depicted in the image:
'Make changes to the mix until you can hear the change you want, then cut the change it in half.'
The idea is that while mixing, we will come up with an idea of what we want to hear changed and then over extend how much of a change needs to be made based on our desire to hear it. This general principle is referred to in a lot of audio mastering tutorials I've read.
