Dreamscape | Future Bass
« on: January 09, 2016, 10:59:39 pm »

Here is a future bass track I finished a few months ago with my friend Michael Herrera. This is my favorite and in my opinion the best track i've worked on. Would love to get some honest and harsh feedback.

I think all the sounds and everything are spot on, no issues with the production at all!

I just wish the chords were more jazzy, considering how jazzy and free form the lead is.  And bring out those vocal chops!  they were very much so in the back but vocals are so important!

Yeah, in 0:45-46, 0:56 there are some strange sounds coming - I mean the harmony. For the first hearing, first impression, it sounds not good for me. The drop - it's sooo cool ! Nice atmosphere and this just brought me smile on face :) The way you used simple synths from 2:10, time after time detuned it, add a reverb and glide (I guess :p) is also pretty good. On the 2nd break strange sound that I mentioned firstly come again. The transition in 2nd drop in 3:35 is kinda interesting but too violent and dramatic for me. That's my opinion. Good work guys :D !

The drop and shortly beyond that is pretty good. The build up is a lil odd tho. I love the direction however! Great job!
