Hey dudes,
I finished this track a few weeks ago. I'd never made anything like this before but I really liked the outcome. Curious to hear what you think :)

Hey, I listened to your remix of Smoke Filled Room and really enjoyed that so I thought i'd listen to this too :)

It's definitely got the essence of a nu-disco track; bright funky chords, nice simple drum beat, and some nice leads and arps. Also really like the bass guitar in the background at some points that fits in really well, as do the rhodes. I couldn't tell you much to improve the production quality it's above me ;D

What I would say is I feel like this song would really benefit some vocals in my opinion. If you could find a vocalist to get a catchy hook over this then it'd be really really great.

Overall though after hearing two of your tracks i'm definitely a fan of your work :)

This sounds really really cool. Simple waveforms are always the best!

Change your kick. It doesn't fit at all. also, Why is everything so cramped up in the centre of your mix? You need breathing room.

It sounds nice, that's all. Just work on your drum samples and stereo imagery.

thanks for the kind words m8s.

@uppertone imo the kick works really well in this song. I guess its just a matter of taste. Also, the track sounds really full in my opinion. I haven't had anybody else mention the stereo imaging in a negative way. Could be taste as well.

This is super cool! Nice Job! I couldn't hear any glaring problems either, so you got that going for you, and I would agree that a vocalist / some vocals could really enhance this. Very nice job! :D

Thanks :) I really think vocals would've fit too, however proper vocalists are really hard to find haha. especially when you're not an established artist ;(

I never ever ever ever give opinionated reviews. Those comments are completely useless, its like saying "this cat is cool, but I prefer white cats".

The kick just doesn't work with the sounds you've chosen. And you shouldn't be stereo widening your sounds if you have no idea what it does.

I' curious to hear what you think its off about the stereo imaging, sounds perfectly fine to me.

Also, please post your soundcloud so i can check to see if your feedback is legit, which is probs isn't.

Traveling today and will not have access to my harddrive right now. Working on some techno stuff, not sure if that is your thing.

Just kudos all around, well arranged, sound design is simple enough to keep the track together, and it's well mixed and mastered! Like It.

Aw nice this is a throwback for me. Used to listen to stuff like this all the time - really well done :) Your melodies are good but to me have the most room for improvement.
