Need help finding a piano progression

Hello, I was curious if anybody could help me figure out the piano progression in Superlativ by Tchami?? Ive been trying for a while and cant seem to match the notes up playing by ear.

I think I got pretty close for the base notes.




I'm pretty sure the chords have +3

Not positive (listening on my iPad and playing my bass), but I think I hear: Db Gb Ebmin Fmin, as in this voicing:

Ab   Bb    Bb    C
F     Gb    Gb    Ab
Db   Db    Eb    F
