Could go in Sound Design. Since the term doesn't actually represent, creating a sound.

This is exactly right. Using organic/live sounds is a humongous part in sound design. Definitely post in there. If you're talking about full tracks though just post it in one of the sharing & feedback boards. There's no limit to what style or genre of music you can post in there.
