I would really like it if we could link individual posts by clicking on the time they were originally posted - similar to Facebook and Twitter's method of isolating a single post.  If this is somehow already possible, I apologize in advance for prematurely bringing it up as an issue. :D

Whether you want your kick to be mono or not is up to you.  Personally, I'm not a fan of mono kicks.

No problem!  To re-clarify, the overall levels of the drums should be louder, maybe not as loud as my kick(hehe).  The kick in my song was definitely too forward, don't make it like that.

I would like the drums to be louder relative to the levels of all the other elements in the mix.  It also feels like every element is widened, try to be more selective about which element should be widened and which element should not.

Also, you should embed your song in the post so that people can listen to your song directly from this thread.

Definitely agree, this is quite a tough one to improve upon but I'll try my best.

I had always heard electronic music all around me but I never really thought about how it was actually created.  I became increasingly interested in electronic music during the end of middle school and it just so happened that one of my best friends in high school had been producing for a few years.  So, after school, I would go to his house to watch him produce for hours which ended up in me always getting home late.  After that, I just began producing myself.  It quickly became an addiction.

A song that took me a long long time to finish.  This song was heavily inspired by styles like ZEDD, Madeon, and Porter Robinson, there's also some JPOP elements as well.  My main goal for the future is to be a good producer and song writer, so all feedback is really appreciated.
