I'm into the making process of dark grooves lately, could anybody give me an insight on how to achieve this much clarity on (sub)basslines and kicks?


Not sure about how to use the low end reverb in such groovy way  :(

As a second note, these kinds of reverbed subs tend to have a solid amount of volume on the sides as well, but when collapsed to mono it still sounds good, any ideas to kill that as well?
