Made it in a day which I'm happy about. My file coincidentally died as I rendered this (It crashed after and I can't reopen) so whether I think so or not here is the finished version! Best song I've made yet but still a lot of improvement to go, would appreciate some feedback.

Just made this after work, needed a break from the last song I'm working on.

Only had maybe a couple ours into it so its very very barebones, just would be interesting to get some thoughts on how I get my ideas down and what I need to work on.

I have a lot of trouble getting tracks with chords to sit well with 808s.

Don't like the first 20ish seconds, not sure what I need to change though. I think its the organ but I can't think of what to replace it with.

I don't like the mix but I'm not good enough at mixing yet to fix it.

I'm bad at mixing, the chorus sounds muddy as hell. Not used to mixing big leads like that.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I really struggle with I guess you would call it dynamics?

Basically how a song flows, and i think that shows in this song, the chorus sounds so... out of place. idk.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Oh also does everything sound too.. wet? I got a new bundle of plugins and went hard on almost everything so not sure if it's like the glitter on a stripper or it actually sounds good

Not sure how many songs I will have, it doesn't really matter as I'm obviously not signed was just wondering what people thought of it so far.

Would like thoughts on the mix, are they too repetitive, sound design, should they be more thematic?


Also, are these good enough to potentially get signed or do I not even bother sending them to labels? (Don't use lube let me have it)

Just trying to get better at different genres, and wanted to try trap. Basically this was just working on composition and getting 808s to sound decent so feedback would be appreciated, although it has grew on me and could potentially turn into more than a mess around track

seriously I have no idea what genre of music I make i figured it was future bass but i've been told not.

Anyway thoughts on the track are appreciated I think I need some vocals on it but I need to learn to distort and modulate them first, cashmere cat style.
