the key to a 'Clean' and 'Easy' vocal mixing is first of all - Record the vocal in the best way/room/mic you can get.
other than that, the foundations will be proper EQing, Compression, Delay/Reverb treatment , DeEssing etc...all really depends on tons of things, but the above should be a good 'Boost'.

mine is constantly changing but key plugins will be Fabfilter Pro-Q 2, Ozone 6 Dynamics, UAD Precision Maximizer, Sonalksis Stereo Tools and Ozone 6 Maximizer
