Put Bluntly: 99% of the time, if I dwell on an element of a track and ask myself "Does this sound okay? I'm not sure if it does..." Then it usually doesn't.

hahah but then wouldn't that make everything seem wrong, its probably best not to dwell

yeah i think you can stand to have the kick a little bit louder in the mix during the busy section...I don't mind the tone of it tbh! I like the side-chaining you have going on though so if you're thinking about adding a different kick or changing the kick's envelope at all make sure you maintain that hard work you did fine-tuning the compressor's settings

yea i like the tone of the kick too, but i think i have the kick in too low a frequency range, cause i pitched down the sample 8 semitones. That's probably the root of the problem somehow, this  is probably why the kick lacks the attack and punchyness

I also think the piano needs some more mid, but personally i think the preferred sound of a piano is very subjective and almost personal imo

Jaidyn, I rekon there should be i little more lowend when the build starts, but not too much to have the hits lose there impact, you know what i mean aye?

It Sounds really good, but if there could be a bit more in the high mid zone i think it would sound fuller, but that's being real nitpicky
