Samples/Plugins/Software/Gear / Kick used before drop?

Most EDM songs, use a specific kick in their buildups. I wanted to know what kind of kick it is or how to make it. Any ideas? Reference Martin Garrix & Tiesto - the only way is up. I'm talking about the kick that's starts at 1:30.
