And, while we're at it... Reason 5 doesn't seem to work with Ableton whatsoever. I read about a 32/64bit conflict.. so I'm wondering if it's even possible to get Reason 5 into Ableton, and play/record it?

Another problem I'm having is with FL Studio 12 as a VST through Ableton... my MIDI controller (Akai MPK Mini) works with FL, and everything records correctly (I think), but I can only select "Track 1". Like in a NEW template.. the pads/keys only work with the Kick drum. I can't select another track like you normally can in the standalone version. WTF :)

Just trying to get going here with Ableton and I could use a little help.

I plug my guitar into my interface (presonus audiobox itwo), set it all up in so I can hear it, add Guitar Rig 5 VST into the mix, and can hear effected guitar. Nice.

But.. when I record it, it doesn't record effects at all. It records clean guitar, and I need to leave Rig activated in order to hear the effects I was playing with. That isn't what I want it to do... I want it to simply record what I'm hearing.. how do I just record the "wet" sound, and not have it rely on plugins being active?
