If you use FL Studio, you can drag the drum samples like kick drum and detect the pitch. also you can adjust it like the key of your song.

maybe it's not best but i use this vst because of its lightness ( I got a Low Spec PC ) . I Always use it to design such kick drum sound as i like, than using samples : http://allvstfree.blogspot.com/2012/03/kickmaker.html
