I often add a phaser with a 0.00Hz rate to give it a sort of 'wet' sound, and then add a chorus after that with a 35-45% dry/wet. That really twists the high end in a nice way.

Remember that often with synths you can over-compress the living daylights out of it, and it works. That's definitely true for supersaws - a 50% OTT can often really bring it out and make it sound good.
