Finished Tracks / Flying With Dragons

So I decided to try something new. I arranged everything with piano first and then worked on the sound design and fx instead of making a melody with X sound. I also kept it really simple, I think I had like 10 different layers. I spent like 50 hours on my last song, which had 80 layers, and I feel like this track is so much better than it. I think I'll continue starting off with all piano, just seems easier to get more melodic tracks, and I don't get sidetracked by sound design.

Mixing/Mastering / RMS Question

So I got a RMS meter and it says that my RMS is sitting at -40... How can I get it up to -15ish?

R&A Graveyard / Linking 3 GOOD feedback posts before being able to post asking for feedback

People complaining that the feedback section sucks right now, and it does suck... I updated my post a few hours ago and it just gets pushed to the next page...
Anyways, a mod could just check the feedback section and the 3 posts from time to time, and if the feedback that was given was inadequate, then the post gets deleted.
IMO, giving feedback is a great way to help someone improve because new producers won't be able to instantly tell what's wrong with their track. I end up asking like 5 of my friends to listen to my WIPs to get a different perspective.
If there's no mod willing to do this, I would be happy to help.

Any thoughts on archives? imo a lot of suggestion posts can be archived since one of the admins/mods gave and answer why ________ isn't going to happen.
Maybe discussions after being inactive for X amount of time can be archive as well.
Think it would just make everything look tidier :3

I think it would be pretty cool to have a section from labels/promoters to find artists and promote their channel/label/etc... Maybe even give tips? It would probably get flooded with posts so maybe have a post limit for each user?

I started this at the beginning of my winter break and I want to get as much done before school starts (next week).
Still new to this whole making Trap thing, if it's even trap...

So I've gotten it pretty far, but I'm not too sure what to do for the part of my track after 1:30... I spent so much time on 0-1:30 that I'm like clueless on what to do right now...
Also, I'm happy to take any advice for the first part of the song.

So I've posted this in some other communities, asked some people, and no one seemed to know the issue so I am hoping someone here knows what's up.
Right after I built my PC and hooked up my 2i2 and KRKs, they started to make some static sounds. Now the sound is a lot louder and it's making it impossible to produce with them. I figure out that it is linked to my CPU usage, whenever I put my computer into power saving mode, the static goes away. I messaged KRK and they said that it's probably not a problem with the monitors since there is no static when they're unplugged, but I think they just want to get rid of me... I've tried using different cables, outlets, and usb ports for my interface and nothing seems to work...
