1. Big yes.
2. Yup. No issues for me with the structure, except the triplets (hope I got that right?) starting just after minute 4. Not quite working for me with this style of track.
3. Sounding great.
Maybe bring the kick a tad down, since it's already very bassy. Good luck with this project!

You could try using more of those reversed vocal samples. I love this technique. (another Andy Moor fan here

My advice is to investigate one other possible lead, which is DPC latency. Basically it's a case of misbehaving driver or some other low level process, in the sense that it gets exclusive access to the CPU(s), starving your DAW just enough to not be able to process audio in real-time. Try one of these:
