Open to all comments/criticisms, everything is welcome.

Spent quite a bit of time on this one, took lots of layering to get it just right.
It's not quite chillout, and not quite synthwave, it's kind of in the middle of the two.

Not much to this one so far, but I really like where it's going.
Specifically looking for things to go over top of it. I'm gonna be adding some more high hats (especially rides every beat) and will be seeing what vocal samples sound like on the high end, but do you think any more synths are necessary?
Also is the sidechain a little much, particularly in the low/mid range?

Chillout elements meet synthwave textures in this journey.
This track started off as a full-on Kavinsky inspired synthwave loop, then evolved quite a bit as I added more chillout percussion samples. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Suggestions / More visuals for new messages?

Sometimes when I receive a new message on the forum, I don't notice it for a day or two, due to the only alert (aside from email) I receive is a little number 1 in brackets next to "My Messages".
My suggestion is to highlight the "My Messages" tab in a vibrant color such as orange (or varying depending on the theme color you choose on the forum) when a new message is received. This will draw my eyes directly to it, and I'll be able to respond quickly.

How do others feel about this?

I'm almost 100% happy with this WIP, however I would love some second opinions.
I'm mostly looking to see if there's anything else I should add (as in, does the mix feel full enough?) and any mixing/mastering comments that you have.

However per usual I am open to any and all comments/criticisms you have.

Not 100% sure on where to go with this one yet, but would love to hear what others thought so far.
It's pretty different from what I normally do, and can't really define what genre it is.
It's cute and fun though, so I figured I'd throw it up.

An ambient track that's simple, but has layers and synths that build as the song progresses.

I did my best to simulate the rising of the sun, ending just as it crests over the horizon.

UPDATE: I think I may have this track all wrapped up. All comments/criticisms are welcome and encouraged, I'd love for folks to tear this track apart.

Original post: An ambient track that I just started on Wednesday (January 13th). It's relatively simple, each element starts very quiet and it builds and builds to the very end. I may use it for the first track of an EP, or I may just release it as a single.

I'm looking for what else to add to it - I'm already starting to write and think about some whispering vocals or female-register soundscape vocals, but other than that any ideas are welcome. Mixing and mastering has NOT been done either.

As always, all criticisms and comments are welcome and appreciated, be as honest as you can.

WIPs / Shikimo - prog house wip

Looking for some feedback on this one before I send this out to some folks. It's a darker, ambient-ish true prog house track with a lot of layering and intricacies.

The track is probly 90% finished - the mixing/mastering still needs some work, and there's a couple sections I want to tighten up. May add another snare layer as well, but not definite on that.

As always, any and all comments and criticisms are welcome and encouraged.
