Sound Design / How can I make this synth Pluck?

Hi guys I sign up to this forum because this piece of Pluck sound is stuck in my head for a week i try to achieved the similar sound but couldn't get exacly .
Can anyone help me what synth pluck is this what VST what presets or how can i achieved?
