Found a plugin that seems to do it. It's called 'BitSpeek'.

Massive thanks to the user eidolon.  ;D

@zShinra
that sounds like skrillex took some of the vocals from his vault (he used to be a singer in a band so thats where his vocal cuts come from), and ran it through bitspeek

if you use Fruity Loops you can get pretty close using different time warping options on the sample and also the stock plugin "Pitcher" lets you mangle things pretty nicely, but Bitspeek will get u that a lot easier. hope that helps!

Thanks so much mate! I'll give it a try later  :)

Does anyone know how to recreate the following vocal effect: https://youtu.be/gDJDj543kok?t=33s, https://youtu.be/YxjsDvTfuXg?t=38s and https://youtu.be/mGBHV492Trw?t=1m14s

What software could I use and how would I go about it?

Sounds to me like what's sometimes called the "Jack U Snare". This should give a bit more info for recreating it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V11uuTrOJS0  :)

Man, I like that. Deep and dark. Would love to hear it when it's finished.

Hi all.

So glad I found this forum. I've learned some good things from you guys!

I have a question that's been driving me crazy for a while now and I thought I'd post it here (sorry if it's been asked before). I want to recreate the following vocal effect: https://youtu.be/gDJDj543kok?t=33s, https://youtu.be/YxjsDvTfuXg?t=38s and https://youtu.be/mGBHV492Trw?t=1m14s

What software could I use and how would I go about it?

Thanks in advance.
