I usually use Sylenth1 as my go-to synth because it's so easy to make a sound quick. All it sounds like is a saw wave (maybe a bit detuned) or possibly a triangle wave (detuned as well) - then add a bit of distortion! The ADSR would be edited to be more 'plucky' sounding, too..

Or they could totally be using a brass sample.. Who knows! Sounds dope though.

Nexus all the way. But if you want to go cheap - if you're using FL Studio, FL Keys works wonders if you know how to tweak it a bit.
