I conjured up the idea to do this over the weekend at my dad's house, and finally decided to get to work yesterday when I got home. I spent the majority of my day yesterday cooking this up and finished it in about 9 hours or so. Not really mastered properly, considering I kind of just got it over and done with. Nonetheless, I hope you guys enjoy it! :)

digging the drop basses, try to layer another kick or tight tom-like percussion and high pass it to give it some more life on the high end, or depending on the quality of your drum hits/samples, just bring the highs up a tad on your kicks. sounds super dope though! i  like how your snares punch through! great tune

chords at the drop are really good, but i feel like the highs should be boosted a bit, or if not, have a top synth that is more focused on the high-mids to highs. layering is key! but it sounds super super dope overall dude

When I say crunchy I'm referring to a fairly distorted/fairly high end-ish sound. Like imagine recording a potato chip bag on an iPhone 4, putting it through a waveshaper, and boosting the highs on the recording. If you just play with the "Number of bits" knob and the "DA Aliasing" knob on TB Timemachine you can get a pretty distorted/clipping-type sound (with a fair bit of noise generated by the plugin). Maybe crunchy is the wrong word for what I'm getting at, but it's the best word I could think of for what I was describing. Sorry if what I said wasn't clear dude!

Hey guys, just ran into a fairly unusual issue recently. Whenever I load up FL Studio, any sound played starts to crackle. The same happens when I load ANY plugin or drag a sample. I noticed it the other day when I loaded up an instance of Reaktor and any sort of sound played, even triggered samples would begin to crackle. The only way I can stop the crackling is by going into Options>Settings>Audio and clicking off, then clicking on the "Mix in buffer switch" button. That's the only way the crackling stops UNTIL I load up another plugin (including effects, even stock plugins) or drag out a sample, then it starts again and I have to go through the whole process. This is a fairly annoying issue and I've absolutely no clue what to do, it's really pissing me off. Any of you guys run across this problem too? Or have any fixes?

if you're just looking for a plugin that would give it a crunchier, low qual sound, try TB Timemachine! As far as I can remember there was a free version released by the company a while back that honestly worked amazing, but it seems they've tweaked it and put it up for sale or something. Definitely check out the old/free version, totally worth the shot!

If you're looking for distortion plugins: Izotope Trash2, Ohmicide, and Sugar Bytes WOW/WOW2 work fantastic.
