Sound Design / How does one make this piano?!

Hey all, Ive been attempting to recreate the piano sound from the track, im fairly sure its a honkytonk piano, maybe band passed? Playing Eight's? Ive tried but nothing sounds that good at all.

Composition/Arrangement/Theory / Music theory tutorials?

Hey all, I've been trying to learn and wrap my head about some music theory stuff (Bought the Hook Theory E book and such)
I seem to be getting confused on chords and such, in the sense that if i was to draw the whole C major scale in my daw, id use it such as
C(1), E(3), G(5), And then id just change it from say D chord to D(1), F(3) A(5), is there any issue doing that?
And i was also  wondering what your favorite tutorials or videos on these are?

Sound Design / Layering synths.

Hey all, long time no talk :P

Anyways I'm having some issues with synth layering, I tend to use a piano sound in most tracks I use because I love the harmonics of if but I have some issues trying to layer it and make it sound more "FULL".

If there's any tips or tricks or tutorials or anything that can help me learn how to layer stuff to make it sound either full of as one sound that would be amazing.

Just curious to if there will ever be a forum app it doesn't have to be anything special just the forum in a easier way to browse when on the move, then using the browser since there's no notifications about messages or replys so if an app could that would be nice I'm no programmer so I don't really understand what's involved but just an idea :)
