Samples/Plugins/Software/Gear / Acoustic Treatment Help needed!

I have been asking around but because of the wall being angled upwards towards the center of the room and the ceiling I'm wondering what's the best way to go about this. More cost effective the better too if possible. Rooms roughly 20x15 feet.
