Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone could help me get started in production of, what I would call, Festival Trap, in the style of Party Favor, Meaux Green and the others killing it right now.

So basically I have done some listening and research, and it seems most of the music I like, and would like to be in the same category as, are around 100 BPM. Some though are 150 BPM and some around 200, but I feel like there is some kind of relation between that, being 1,5 and 2x 100 BPM that are the base for most. Can anyone elaborate on this?

Apart from tempo, I am currently at the point where I have created crazy sounding drop lead and put it together with an 808, it sounds good, but I am really stuck at how to learn techniques etc. for getting a good intro, build up, breakdown, and evolving into a second drop.

I feel like there aren't many tutorials/guides etc. out there covering the sound/style of these kinds of producers, so if you know about any - feel free to share!
