Sound Design / Flume Whitenoise Eary Sound?

I'm assuming he uses like whitenoise and some sort of cymbal that has vibrato to it , probably reveresed or with just a fade in. Gonna try to remake it when I go home but yeah this sound is so high pitched n shit wonder if anyone can figure it out

Sound Design / Short Question [Massive]

How do you macro control the rate as perfect ratios in massive? Like in serum I just put configure a macro on the rate for the lfo, but in massive I can only do that when its a freely running ratio, not like 1/8 , 1/16 or w/e...

Samples/Plugins/Software/Gear / Question Regarding Frequency Tone Response

Hey so I use ableton live, and I wanted to test out my frequency hearing range. I had normal hearing 20hz - 20,000hz but I had to turn up the volume to hear the higher frequencies better. Another day I tested it, and I could only hear up to 14,500hz, and later that day I could hear up to 20,000hz fine again...
So I'm wondering if this is an issue with my ears (fatigue?) or my windows 7 laptop being inconsistent at emitting frequencies.

I tested with and without headphones. I use Bose ae2, and I'm 18 years old

^just a wip and practiced some mastering too. I use izotope matching EQ's and rms to about -6. I'm just curious how you guys compress each band cus for me I pretty much have all frequencies of each band go thresh at dif ratios.
