I have a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 with a SM58 Shure microphone.  This is a dynamic microphone, and I know condenser mics are preferred for recording, but is that really why I end up with significant amounts of white noise in the recording of audio?  I have learned to use the noise remover tool in Edison (Image Line plugin) but with this process I end up taking some high end off the vocal that should be there.

So, might be a common problem, but how do I fix A LOT of white noise appearing in my vocal recordings?  Is it possible to have a completely clean recording set up? I'd like to hope so

So this is a common question I think, but I don't really know the answer to it yet.  32 vs. 64 bit. What is the difference? What are the benefits? Why are people to excited to have their favorite VSTs come in 64bit versions?

I recently bought a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 and it comes with a lot of downloads and extra goodies.  One thing I have a license for is the Scarlett plugin suite, but when I run the installer I'm only given the options to download 64bit, 86bit (), and some other format... maybe RTAS... not sure.

I'm running FL Studio 12, 32bit and I took a stab at the 64bit plugins working but it just made the DAW crash.  So can anybody help me get these plugins up and running in FL? Thanks!!
