No, it isn't. Quite them opposite as long as it's done in the right way.  The parts should not feel like different tracks and the trasitions should be done right.

I think you did a very nice job in your track.
 In my opinion the overall feeling of your break and intro fits with your drops. But like Orno said, the the transitions need to be improved. Expecally the transition after the first drop :)

OMG this is really great! Your track have great potential!

I think you arrangment is already pretty good. The only negative thing I noticed there was the bridge after the first drop. The bridge into the break kinda destroyed the vibe for me.

I can't give you detailed opinion on the mixing, because I listened on bad speakers.^^ But I guess your first drop lacks a bit in energy and you could add some details in your sound there.

Can't wait to hear the finished project.

You were right the sub-bass wasn't mixed very well, but we guess that we fixed it now (your input really helped us in the work progess thanks for that @caesarv.95   :) )

This is really good for your first track.

The first part of you remix doen't have many issues. I do not know how much you did by your self there, but if you sampled it on your own, then you did a good job.


Your drop seems to have more issues.

You should work on your volume level: the bass is too loud and the drums too quiet. Also you should work with compression and sidechain the your bass to the kick.

This should do a good mprovement in quality.  But for your first track it's fine, just continue producing and your get    automatically better.

Today we worked on the track again. We did't change anything drastic, just tried to make some improvements.

I really love the feel of the track! It has a great atmosphere.

The intro is my favorite part, maybe elaborate it a bit and make it longer. I think the sound of the arp/melodie which starts at 1:05 doesn't fit right. I would use something less glitchy/portamentoish  :D .

Thank you for your critics. We try to keep your critic in the back of our minds while continue working on it. About the intro: The track still is in its beginning, but your idea is nice we will try it out :)

So we currently work on this track and aren't sure whether we should finish it or not and we thought posting it here would be a nice option to get some serious feedback.

I would combine the 2 tracks. The 1st drop of A and the last drop of B would make a really good track together!
