That snare sounds really boring and flat, try using something different. I feel like the track is missing some energy, it just isn't doing anything for me.. IMO it's an okay track, the melody is solid.

Took me so long to learn it myself haha, been at this for nearly 10 years now, I'm only now starting to get to a level where I'm comfortable with my stuff.

Overall I liked the groove and chords and melodic ideas. Didn't like the instrument with reverb or delay that came in at 2 minutes. Or maybe its the envelope I didnt like. Starts out weak and increases in volume and then fades out each time it plays with the reverb a little off-time. Also not much bass going on in this song it seems. It sounds like the song is missing a melody or a hook. Good start though.

Thanks for the feedback man. Yeah wasn't to sure about the sound that came in around the two minute mark, maybe I'll do something different with it. There's Bass, I just decided not to have it be all that strong, maybe I'll change that though. Thanks again.

Cliched answer but gotta go with the lovely Sylenth and Spire, the two I'm using the most at the moment. Really want to get into Serum though and learn it, heard nothing but amazing things about it.
