This is very nice, haven't given this kind of music feedback before, but i'll give it a go:

First thought was that the fill-in by the drums didn't work very great, but then again it's cool that it's a little off if that was the intention.
I would really appreciate a kick drum of some sort, just to make the flow a little more obvious, but that's subjective.

The intro is incredibly relaxing, so that's cool.

The idea is awesome, but the arpeggiator is way too dry and consistant. Try putting some delay or reverb on that thing to make it less annoying.

The vocal needs to be much clearer in the verse at least. Levels needs to be readjusted. Love the harmonics with the fith-interval at 2:08.

Bass needs more bite. Considering there are no chord-synths filling the high-mid frequency space, you could easily give the bass som more high-end!

The percussion is awesome with the marimba/bell-ish stagnatic rythm. But you need to decide if the percussion is swing of regular (don't remember the term), the hi-hats doesn't follow the swing-rythm of the bells/marimba, which really ruins the flow of the song.

In general i am liking this a lot.

Music:

- You really need to work on your harmonics. It sounds okay from intro to the breakdown where the lead synth kicks in at around 1:00, the chords and melody doesn't fit all the way.

- Composition seems fine to me, so that's cool.

Mix:

- Overall way too dull and muddy mix, try too clean up in those mid-range frequencies, those mids can be just as destructive to the track as they can be helpful. What comes to high frequencies you need to decide which instruments need them and which don't, for instance your kick doesn't need the high-end when you have layered it with a ride (they clash with each others frequencies).

- Back to the lead at 1:00 it has way too much mud. Try highpassing (which you should do with almost all your insturments) and work more with the delay, might be too much wet signal, might be too much delay time dunno.

Hope this helps.
