I added back on but i think i wanna use it as background melody. I'm having a hard time finding a lead that fits.

Martin this is way bigger than the last version! Great Job! I love the atmosphere in the breakdown. Where have you been thinking of sending it to?

Thank for the feedback! I've been listening to a lot of Andy Elliass and Tranzlift lately so that's what i've been referencing it to.

Yeah i haven't began to tackle transitions yet. kinda just laid out the arrangement and that's about it.I kinda want to get all the automation and main instruments taken care of before i began working on transitions and fillers.

i updated the link with a newer version :-)

I did this one last year over the summer. decided to revisit and try to update with what ive learned since. Started from Scratch but kept the original idea. I would love to get it finished. I haven't done FX and Fillers yet. Also kinda quickly "mastered" with Ozone Presets just to get an idea of what it would sound like later.

WIPs / Re: Tech trance track

I don't really have any dislikes on it. The track is great but I think it could be more techy. maybe the drop could have more power too. just an idea. it reminded reminded me of this track. Awesome work Martin :-)

Mixing/Mastering / Reverb on Percussion
« on: July 28, 2016, 06:39:18 am »
Been listening to this track for a while and i love the percussion on it. I'm having a hard time getting the reverb right for this.  Every time i apply reverb it never sounds this clean. any ideas?

Thanks man! I now have everything under 150 mono. I used TP Basslane. I eq'd the kick and bass some more. Hopefully it sounds better...i struggle really hard in that department.  Let me know what you think. At least on the mixing side of things.

Here's the version with nothing on the master.

Thanks!  There was already a sub. I have 5 layers. Sub, 2 Highs, 1 Mid and one Acid layer that's very subtle.

Here's the track. Almost done with it.
