Im reaching out to see what everyone thinks is the best way to transfer an FLP, whether its sending to another producer or just to another personal computer. I have attempted to transfer FLP's to other producers but when they open it, it usually doesn't work. The samples (sent separately with the flp), midi, and automations are all fine but the VST's usually cause FL Studio to crash or just not register, even when we are using all the same synth vst's for the particular project (MASSIVE, Sylenth1, ect.). I've heard producers who just send stems but that isn't the same as being able to truly access an FLP to adjust midi and tweak the sounds of the vst's used. Another technique was to send the FLP with just midi and assign the synths on your own but thats pretty tedious. So what is the best way to work around this issue and make transferring FLP's as seamless as possible?!?! Im sure a lot of you guys have dealt with this issue and hopefully have figured out some quick and efficient work arounds!
