Electronica/Ambient/Experimental/Whatever WIP

I find it difficult to pinpoint this to any specific genre, but that doesn't matter! Looking for feedback on overall arrangement and structure, transitions, and mixdown.

Some of these sounds in chill parts are a bit harsh for my taste. I'd play with filters a bit more. Also I'd make more dramatic changes between the sections. Also some transitions might use a much more of a buildup. You don't have to use a cliché noise sweep if that's not your thing, but something should indicate the incomming transitions. A sample, rythm change, rase of the melody. So far some transitions still feel kinda abrupt. Also I'd do more atmosphere. It has almost kinda this twisted horror-movie-ish feel that (out of some very imited experience) is really cool with some reverb. :)

...but don't overdo it, because that's called being a d***k.

I think you could help the atmosphere of the track a lot by starting out with more lofi/subtle drums, rather than the crisp set you're using right now. Secondly, the synths are also a little too clean: playing around with distortion and saturation could help warm up their sound and make them feel more organic, as well as adding dirt and grit. Overall the idea is solid, but it needs work on the tone/presentation to get it where it needs to be  :)
