Harmor. Sometimes I'll fire up Sytrus for leads or Serum for basses, but something like half my sounds in any given project are usually Harmor.

Sylenth and Massive are staples for me. Other than those it's fun to explore random synths you might not use on a regular basis! I'm diving into iZotope's Iris synth right now  :D

Serum. Sounds almost as good as a hardware synthesizer and the visual aspect of the effects, LFOs, envelopes is just amazing. I barely use any other synths

Absynth5 is my absolute favorite, desert island synth,
good at everything:pads, keyboard, drums, glitches, soundscapes, basses, etc.I could produce the rest of my life with it only.
then comes
Fm8 (Fm Basses are awesome)
Monark (probably the most analogue sounding vst ive tried)
Sylenth (well you know its sylenth)
Massive (basses)
Synplant (pads,experimental glitches,acid basses)
Prophet5 from arturia (analogue sounding basses,detuned synths,pads)
Cypher (very good at keyboards and melodic patches i prefer it a lot more than Strobe and Amber)
Fabfilter One(for quick pads)
For drum machines Cerebrum3,Microtonic,Drumatic3
and in hardware Mopho.

The Logic X built-in synths Alchemy (originally made by Camel Audio) and Sculpture are fantastic.

Magical8bitPlug is a killer 8bit-era softsynth and is super easy to use

Native Instruments Reaktor is an absolute beast at digital modular synthesis.

Serum and Massive are both respectively very excellent wavetable synths, each with their own outstanding features such as serums custom wavetables and massive's fluid routing.

I don't own FL studio but I know many who do, and from what I've seen harmor is on a level of its own, handling all kinds of wonderful sounds with such ease and it has great flexibilty.

Other really good ones you should check out are Omnisphere, Absynth, FM8, IRIS 2, and Sylenth1.

Most Recently bought (actually updated) Fxpansion Strobe2 - Killer. Sounds like Hardware. Also a big fan of U-HE stuff (new Hive synth, just seems "wider" than other virtual analogue sounding plugins).
