Acapellas/Vocal Loops
« on: September 02, 2016, 11:11:01 pm »
I'm sure this has been posted before but I am wondering where I can get good acapellas for like Bass/Wobble House. Also what 80s or 90s artists/songs to look at for these. A couple examples I was looking at were songs like Duckface by Ephwurd and lot of the Joyryde and Jvst Say Yes stuff... thanks!

You'll probably find that Google is your friend here. Also, the likelihood of finding an acapella for the song you want is low. Unless you're looking for any of the acapellas I have in my 75GB collection. Most of which is shit I'd never use, but keep because I'm a hoarder. But seriously, there are thousands of acapellas out there. Just use Google.

You can also get vocals from youtube, and that's becoming more and more common as the "modern" sampling. Grab a program like Audio Hijack, which lets you record any sound from your computer for free (up to a limit of 10 minutes per recording. Just restart the program after that time).

I actually have trouble with this as well. I can get plenty of small vocal snippets and sentances from youtube no problem. Though actual singing I have lots of trouble with and I try to avoid just going for vengenace samples as I think it's not very interesting.
