Not featured is my laptop and launchpad that should sit on the desk  :)

...I have damn near exactly the same desk setup. It looks like you raised the monitors by custom building a setup with an Ikea bookshelf and some chair/recliner legs?

Mine is pretty basic compared to the guys above me but here goes.

I used to mix with the bluetooth speakers on the right of the HS8s. Second image is a size comparison.
Acoustic treatment is next. :)

edit: images are gigantic. http://imgur.com/a/KquuO better version
edit 2:

Specs:
- Yamaha HS8s
- Hackintosh (i7, 16gb ram)
- Alesis V49 (Do not buy).

Stop overdoing shit. Stop downloading new plugins for the sake of it. Your fancy stereo enhancer won't make you any better musically, your hard work will.

My happy place.

The Nord Lead reminded me about a Nord Modular I sold years ago. Kind of miss it. I think it's also in a happy place now though.  :)

Partly that, definitely! Love that late 70s & early 80s eurodisco / Kraftwerk sound.  Also because the original studio some years back was a nest of cabling, like a telex exchange.

I've owned all of the Leads (1, 2, 2X, 3, and of course 4), except for the A1, but I've never owned one of their Modulars.  I tried to win one on eBay a few times, but always got outbid!  >:(

In picture:

1) Akai 4000D Reel to Reel, that belonged to my dad, he sold it, I asked about it last year and he bought it back from the guy he sold it to and gave it too me. My dad is awesome.

2) a new cheap cassette player/recorder

3) Moog Mother 32. I love this thing!

4) TE OP-1. Awesome machine that I can barely use.

5) One very unsatisfied cat, Manny, she would purrfer(sorry about the pun) more analog warmth. Also not my cat,   belongs to my friend/homeowner that lets me live there when I am in town.

6) me watching a cat be unimpressed by my fat lo-fi jams.

Not pictured, some other things….PO-12,14,16, Monotribe, Monotron Duo, Monotron Delay, Microgranny, Dark Interpreter, Tascam Portastudio 02 MKII, and in the mail Strymon El Capistan dTape Echo and some other stuff.
