Vocals are a large part of a producers work.
It is often overlooked however. But can take a track to the next level.
As a studio producer most things are done by an engineer, but as a lone producer/DJ it is often dealt with by a vocalist coming in for a session.
I feel many people have probably never been taught how to deal with vocals.
Just a suggestion that it would be great if people could list their gear setups.
ie: What microphones they are using, and if asked, give some detail on how they processed said vocals.
Hopefully this could be considered as more of an engineering topic, but none the less it is vital for development.
