Hearing Nero for the first time made me realize the potential of electronic music production. Energy and production quality through the roof. Gotta love Porter and Mat. I'm really inspired by things outside of the standard EDM umbrella....Washed Out, even something as classic as a Dick Dale record say

Porter for his dedication and passion, courage to step away from what created his success, for initially being the artist to make me fall for electronic music, and really see the beauty in it and the stories that it can tell. Also I feel like I identify and relate with him on a personal level as far as my interests go; Japanese culture, anime, fashion, video games, etc.

Tchami for his crazy innovative sound design, and producing from his soul (dat 'can't edit your soul motto' _/|\_) and paving his path into relatively unexplored territory musically speaking. After seeing him live I also have immense respect for the depth of production skill in his music, and also his live performance.

Moksi + Malaa + Ephwurd cos who doesn't have a couple of guilty, dirty, grimey, pleasures?

Rob Swire/Pendulum/now Knife Party for being my bridge from rock and metal to electronic.

Last but not least What So Not/Emoh for his absolute doggedness to stick with what he loves despite being in Flumes shadow for a pretty substantial portion of time. It makes me so happy to see where he's ended up. I've never seen someone more happy than when he brought his mum out on stage in front of a massive audience at Stereo.

The Presets. Gorillaz. a million indie electronic bands from 2007. Daft Punk. Justice. Bloody Beetroots.

but mainly my friends and family who like to see what i create.

and my producer friends Crizzly, Logun, Marrow Machines, and Lil Skil. They all bring different approches and aspects to my mindset of music. One has Fame and super energy driven clean tracks that challenges me to want to achieve that level of quality in my music, another has super impressive mixing and sound design skills beyond belief and amazes me how he isn't already famous, one is the most down to earth guys who has an insane amount of knowledge on anything and everything music, we always have a lengthy discussion anytime we link up or chat, and the last homie of mine has the most pure creative off the wall trippy music that just throws you in a ball of emotions with his vocals and track arrangements, he just makes me feel like making music from the center of my soul.

MakJ (good back story), Riggi & Piros, Zaxx, Kayliox, Thomas Hayden, Olly James, Twiig, Zack Martino, Jaylex, Alessandro Kraus, Reggio, Malik Bash, Mesto.

Why? They're all young producers who fucking work hard every single day for their dream.

Yeah, I like the music Blasterjaxx, W&W, Laidback Luke, Alvaro, Showtek, Fedde, Bingo Players, etc. all make.. but the guys I listed first, they really inspire me.

Whether they're young producers like I am, local producers, whatever. I watch them in the studio, see how they express their dreams and work at it.
