A suggestion for you guys: instead of using a simple sin wave for the sub bass, try adding to it an octave higher sin wave with less than half the total volume of the first osc, because it helps fill the spectrum a little bit (you need to lowpass the entire sub patch to around 100Hz). Of course this has to be done while high passing everything, except the kick, above 120-150Hz. In some cases could sound cool to use a different wave to generate the root note of the sub: for example, you can use a square wave and then low pass it and tame it with an EQ.
